I am eligible for one of the streams of BC PNP. Can I get provincial nomination now and get 600 points
for express entry and then use it later to apply for express entry when I have 1 year of work
experience? Or does nomination has some sort of expiry date and I have to use it right away to claim 600 points?
Note: the stream I am applying for BC PNP (Int. Grad) doesn't any require work experience / just
a job offer

What I am asking this can I apply for BC PNP and get 600 points now (when I have only 3-4 month experience) and later in 8-9 month use those 600 points for my Express Entry?

Why not? There is no work experience requirement for the stream of BC PNP I am applying for
And in 8-9 month by the time I am applying for my Express Entry - I will have exactly 1 year of work experience

What eligibility requirements are you talking about? I have checked and I meet all the requirements
I must have been more specific with my question: I have my IELTS, and finished university in Canada

Assuming you applied and got BCPNP, and do claim the 600 points, you have 6 months to apply for PR, counting from the date your receive your PNP.
Your BCPNP will already have expired by the time you apply anyways.
Plus, I'm afraid you're confusing and excluding two eligibility criteria my friend.
1-BC PNP eligibility, which indeed doesn't require work experience
2-FSW eligibility, which does require 1 year work experience minimum.
*****FROM BCPNP WEBSITE***** Am I eligible?
To qualify for this category, you must:
have received an Express Entry Profile Number and a Job Seeker Validation Code from the IRCC Express Entry system. This shows you meet the minimum criteria for one of IRCC’s Express Entry programs:
have accepted a full-time, indeterminate job offer (a permanent job, or one with no set end date) from a B.C. employer. The job must be in a National Occupational Classification skilled occupation (Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A or B)
qualify to work in your occupation in B.C.
show you can support yourself and your dependents
have, or be eligible for, legal immigration status in Canada
have completed a degree, diploma or certificate from an eligible post-secondary institution in Canada in the past three years

Thank you! I wasn't actually aware of validity of BC PNP (6 month). I shall wait then, and apply for BC PNP when I have 4-5 month left from 1 year of work experience or something like that.
Do you also know at what point after applying for BC PNP with my current job I can switch to a different job (same NOC) without needing to notify BC PNP? Or do I have to notify them anyways, even after the nomination was granted?

So what eligibility requirement is this? An EE profile? I can create it
I have checked multiple times to make sure I do meet them, but following the advice of Peacekeeper87 I will apply for BC PNP later, because it's only valid for 6 month

well that means I can't apply for BC PNP, because I need to have a profile with 1 year of work experience in EE.
That why does BC PNP Int. Grad stream mentions you DO NOT need any work experience to apply / just a job offer?
