Very important Express Entry Work experience

Hi

I have put in my application for express entry (have not received ITA yet).
There are certain number of points against certain number of years of work experience.

I have 2 years 11 months of work experience as of today.
At the time of my application my work experience was 2 years 9 months.
Now my question is whether my points would automatically increase while i am in the pool as my months of work experience add up and i hit the year completion mark?
At the end of this month my 3 years would be complete - would i need to reapply or will they automatically increase my points in my application?
