Would something like this douglascollege.ca/programs-courses/faculties/language-literature-performing-arts/music-technology course plus a strong application letter be fair enough to CIC's to grant a Study VISA? Considering it would be a +6 months length diploma.
That's certainly a far better option than taking a Language Course. As for whether you'll be approved for a study visa - it's impossible to say - refusals unfortunately happen all of the time. I would recommend you dedicate a number of hours/days to reading through the posts in the International Students section of the forum to understand what it takes to apply and why applications are refused.
