I'm about to send off my PR application through CEC from within Canada. It states that I should mail the docs to CIO Syney, Nova Scotia, but there's also a question on the forms asking: immigration office requested for processing this application.

The CIC website isn't too clear on this: it states that Vegreville processes applications for permanent residence by some classes in Canada
While CPP-Ottawa processes permanent resident visa applications from the United States and Canada after they have been pre-screened by CPC-Mississauga or Centralized Intake Office (CIO)-Sydney.

So which is it?
