Validity of the Medical Examination

Dear friends,

I am a PR and my wife is on TRV,I will sponsor her from INLAND once we arrive to Canada, and my question is;

what is the validity of the medical examination that i will prepare for my wife and attach it along with the Inland sponsorship application??

Is it 3 months or 12 months or how many months exactly is the validity of the medical examination before it gets expired PLEASE??

Medicals are good for 1 year from date of exam.
