Validity of Saudi Police Clearence Certificate...

Could anybody tell me what is the validity of saudi Police clearence certificate.
My second question is that if we do not have the request for police clearence from the london visa office, how can we obtain that before their request? As some guys said that it take some time to get the Police certificate.
Thirdly i am expecting my medicals and Police certificate in april, Is it valuable that i finish my police clearence in march???

Validity of PCC is for 3 months as per CHC.
In my case i sent full docs to London without Saudi PCC. However I requested canadian embassy in Riyadh for the PCC request form which they sent to me within a week based on my File number issued from NS, initial application. Then I found out through CHC London that clearly mention not to send PCC for saudi residents unless asked for it.
