I am currently in ITA phase and got the invitation in the last draw. My question is that I would be moving out of US after around 5 years due to some visa issues. I have my PCC from Indian Consulate, Chicago and the FBI. But I would have to move back soon before submitting the documents to CIC for further processing. If I move back to India now, would my PCC’s be still valid ? Or would I have to apply new ? The current ones are withing last 3 months.
