I have two questions regarding my experience.
I worked from Feb, 10 2008 to Jan, 13 2011 as an Engineering Manager. The experience time length is around two years and 11.5 months. But, when I made my profile for express entry. I was awarded points equivalent to that of three years. I was wondering if it could be an issue if I get ITA and submit my paperwork? Can the case officer object that my experience is not exact 3 years while I have been working 40 hours per week?
Second, my experience will be ten years older starting from Feb, 2018. Could it be an issue if I get ITA in August or September?
