Hello I have a question about the NOC requirement for validated job offer in Quebec.

My wife holds an open work permit and works at a restuarent as a Kitchen helper (NOC 65201). NOC for this job falls under category D.

Her employer has applied for her validated job offer. Since Express Entry system considers validated job offer from NOC A, B or C only. I was just wondering if Quebec has also set such requirements for the validated job offer applications. Thanks
