valid Usa visa..looking for asylum in usa or canada

Hi all,

My previous details:

1) lived in canada for 3 years as a student worked as part time unfortunately couldn't completed my degree.
2) valid USA visa upto 2019 but didnt travel to US at all
3)neat and clear history in canada
4)work experience in Canada and Pakistan.
5) Bachlor degree from Pakistan...started master degree from canada but couldnt completed due to personal reasons and came back to pakistan after 3 years

Now i want to apply for asylum in Canada or USA.

Can someone tell what the better option for me ...

1)I have already valid US visa upto 2019, should i visit US and then cross the border and apply asylum in canada...whats the procedure of crossing US border and chances of asylum.
2) Should i apply visit visa to canada and apply for asylum , whats the chances of getting visit visa (canada) as i have already a good previous history in canada.
3) My brother is already there in canada as asylum seeker.


Any suggestion, guideline and comments please.
