Could you please help me understand if my job offer is valid?
I was moved to Canada on ICT (inter company Transfer) visa.
It is LMIA exempt.
Work permit has the name of the employer on it.
Does this count as a valid job offer? From what am reading seems like its a NO. but want to double check to be sure.

You need a new job offer letter from your employer stating you will have a full time job one year past PR. Also you can only count points once you have a year of Canadian experience on LMIA exempt permit.
