I am working as an RN for last 1 year and my offer letter says..

"This letter is to confirm your acceptance of our employment offer as a Permanent Full-Time RN"

Can i select YES for valid job offer in express entry profile?

CIC website says following.

In most cases, your employer needs a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) to support your job offer. Some jobs are exempt from needing an LMIA.

For Express Entry, your employer doesn’t need an LMIA if you:

  1. have been working full-time for the employer on your work permit for at least one year (or an equal amount of part-time work)
Please advice

You have done some selective quotation, the FULL set of rules is more complex.

It all depends on what kind of work permit you currently hold ... ?
