I have an open work permit as my spouse has got an inter company transfer to toronto till Feb 2021.
I am working in Toronto on an open work permit since June'18. I am employed as a full time employee with a manufacturing company and not on contract.
My company has said that they will not sponsor work permit but I can work as long as I have a valid open work permit. I also have a offer letter and all the benefits as a full time employee.
Will this be considered be considered as a Valid job offer for Express Entry.

I started working as a legal assistant in May last years, so it’s been almost a year, and i am holding a post graduation work permit which i believe is a open work permit, i don’t gave an LMAI, can we ask for LMAI if we don’t need one, please respond me as soon as possible

It is not about asking your employer but as to whether your employer can actually get a positive LMIA for you. Having one would mean you have a valid job offer and you'd get the 50 points.
