Hi,

I have a piece of property/residential land in India which is worth over the sufficient amount required as mandated by proof of funds compliance. However i bought it for less than the current value a couple of years ago; how do i need to prove the current market value of that asset, any document etc.that needs to be procured?

Also, when would i be asked to produce the proof of funds after making my profile on CIC?
