I am partially vaccinated with Sinovac, but our country Pakistan is offering booster dose of Pfizer as 1 or 2 as per requirements after showing a valid travel document. Can I apply for a tourist visa with out Vaccination certificate and explain in a letter that I can get complete vaccination before travel?
