Using the same medical report for EE & SP

Hello folks, I need help!

I applied online for study permit on June 15
I have attached my medical report that I had previously done for EE on May

Status of SP application changed couple of days ago to:

Review of medical results: We are reviewing the results of your medical exam

Then yesterday I got a message in my account requiring medical, and account updated to "your action is required" with the following status under medical:

Review of medical results: If you need a medical exam, a message with instructions will be sent to you.

What do you suggest doing about it?

I called the medical center they said they have nothing to do with it, as the medical report is locked for them
Called the CIC couple of times but couldn't reach any agent as they were experiencing large no. Of calls as per their answer machine

Has anyone used the same medical report for both EE and SP before?

Many people use the same medical for multiple applications. That is a generic message; as you already sent proof of your medical and that was acknowledged on your account, you don't need to do anything.

But they sent me the PDF file with medical exam form, u still think it's generic?

Re-send proof of the medical that you have already done.

I raised a CSE attaching the proof of medical exactly as you suggested.
Not sure how long is it gonna take them to reply tho.

I may not be able to help.you with the query but it would be really great if you help me with the same query as yours. Today my status changed to we are reviewing your results of medical exam but I am not yet donw with medical. Is this a good sign that I will get the medical request letter? Also how many days after status change did you get the medical request letter? Thankd and your response will be highly appreciated.

As far as I recall it took 1-2 days to send me the message. I have re-done it anyways and I think it was the right decision not to slow things up.
