Hello,
Can I still visit Canada using my US Permanent Residence and Texas State ID without my foreign passport? In fact I lost it and I never wanted it.
Regards,

HA

No you cant. The passport is the document identifying your nationality man

If you are traveling by air you need a passport.

But if you travel by land you can visit Canada with your greencard and some other i.d. THe best thing to do is contact the Canadian Border Services.

Then I assume you would want to go back to the States and naturally the next question is can you get back into the states? Here is a website that answers that question
https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/74

But i don't understand wht you mean by re-enter canada?
