Hi Folks ,
I have valid 797 for two more years but my current visa is not stamped on my passport .I got COPR from Canada a month ago and last date to enter into Canda is 3rd of October 2019 .
My employer had filed an amendment due to a new LCA request and the petition was sent to USCIS couple of days ago .
Given this situation ,I have following questions
a) Now that my H1b amendment is in progress ,Can I use automatic revalidation while entering back into the US ?
b) What all documents would I need to carry if I am using this ?
