Hi. I appreciate any information in this regard.
I landed in Toronto Ontario but I would like to enter an address in BC for my PR card to be sent. Is that OK? or the address needs to be in the same province that one landed?

Assuming you did not immigration through a PNP program, yes - that's absolutely fine.
