I have used old medicals done in 2020 which is obviously expired.
Included a letter of explanation citing the new policy for inland applicants, and a copy of my medical sheet provided by the physician.
Status changed to "You passed the medical exam" around 1 month after AOR, then on the next day it changed back to "You do not need a medical exam", but my old biometrics and UCI are linked.

I got remedial request in March, looks like it’s randomly picked. I called IRCC and agent told me that the policy states you “may be” exempted from medical. Nevertheless I’ve got copr number soon after my remedial passed. Timeline in signature.
My husband got a medical during his study permit (2019) and after that one on 2021 which was nevers submitted to IRCC
Should he submit the medical done in 2019 or 2021?
I heard that we should use medical already submitted to IRCC previously.Any thoughts?
