I just wanted to make that sure, because I filled up CIO Sydney and mailed to the V.O with other requested documents, but I had e note from VO and they wanted to clarify(CPC cannot act as a consultant ,please clarify) .
I don't understand what did they men by this one.

I completed the form exactly on this way.I canceled the appointment of repres., and filled out the sections A, C and D, but the V.O returned to me for clarify?????
