It is very confusing, I am planning to travel to Canada as a tourist with my husband and two kids aged 6 and 9.
I did not hire anyone, It's just myself filing the application for myself, my husband and kids.
My question is: Do I need to submit IMM5476e Use of Representative form when my husband is sitting next to me and filling up the applications under 1 group as family? What about the kids? Do they need a representative since they can't write to fill-up the forms?
When I am selecting my self as a representative of the application, I will automatically become the representative of everyone including myself. someone enlighten me please!
Is it a necessary document to submit? I have heard a lot of application been returned because of lacking of this document into their application.
