HELP PLEASE!

I applied for the USA Visiting visa using my Dad's Company as he was sponsoring my trip and my company was not ready to provide a reference letter and however, my visa was denied. Now that I am about to submit my Canada Application for Permanent residency visa, I want to disclose my current company. my Question is, will it be known to Canada that I have used another company(Dad's company) for my USA application as I read it online that they both (USA & Canada) shared Database for Visa purpose. Kindly help me as job responsibility is totally different from both applications.

You must declare any visa rejections given US and Canada share data so in not declaring that could be considered misrepresentation. Unless your refusal was due to some legal issue or criminality then probably unlikely to affect any PR application but as always be honest and should be fine even though nobody here can predict of course. Personal view but cannot see applying for a US visit visa with your dads company having any affect on applying for Canada with your company plus applying for US visit visa is a whole different scenario than applying for Canadian PR, different country different rules.

Did you submit fraudulent employment documents for your US visa that claimed you were working for your dad's company. You now you want to apply for EE PR and you're concerned that your real employment history is different. Is this the case?
