Hi,
I am a landed Canadian immigrant and currently on H-1B Visa in US. My employer is filing for my H-1B extension. My employer's attorney is asking if I have done a landing in Canada. Any thoughts on why the attorney is asking for my Canadian Landing while filing for H-1B extension.
Thanks.

Hi,
May I know where you have stamped your H-1B Visa? Cause I am in a similar situation. We are planning to do our first landing in Canada on October 2016 from USA. My wife's H-1B will be effective from 1 October, 2016 and we are planning to get our visa stamped in Toronto.
Do you think it's a good planning to get the Visa Stamped in Canada?
I have heard that that Toronto hands out 221g alot. But people do get visas in the end. I would rather plan for stamping in Toronto while flying to my home country via toronto.
