My parents have got a date for October to appear for their interview for US visitor visa. My dad had a previous visa that got expired but he doesn't have the passport with him. After I applied and booked the date, it provided a list of required documents to bring and one of them was the expired passport.
Is it safe and more importantly legal to courier a passport from another country into Canada?
There is no law that prohibits sending passports into Canada although I guess for consistency maybe have the item addressed to your father at your address.Assume anyway the passport is out of date/cancelled anyway.
