Hi,

Can anyone help with this situation?

Someone's US H1B will expire in few months. His wife is on H4 after getting a 10-years tourist Visa.
1. Can he apply for a tourist visa in US and his wife can stay as she already has visa tourist?
2. They have sent their federal application for QSW to Buffalo. Can they leave the country before their status expires and land to Canada from back home once they get the PR/Visa stamping?

Any other option will be appreciated
