US PCC

Hi All,

I am currently in Canada. From 2010 to 2012 I was in USA, So for the PR I need to have US PCC. I have a doubt, in the US PCC form what I should enter in the Applicant Home Address section?

This should be the address where I stayed in USA? or I need to give my current Canada address? or my permanent address which is in India?

Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have Canadian bank account but no US bank account. So how I can make the payment for the US PCC?
