US L1 Visa, want to immigrate to Canada. Please suggest.

My wife has a L1 visa and I got a L2 visa. I was able to get an EAD on the L2 and we are working in US now.

Please suggest the fastest possible way to immigrate to Canada.
Our L1 will expire next year. And the US visa scene does not look good.

1. The new rules for Foreign skilled workers, doesn't come into effect until January/13. No one really knows what it will look like until then. If you had an approved AEO from a Canadian employer you could apply. But that takes 6 months, and the AEO will disappear in January and a form of Labour Market Opinion will be used. so you have to wait.
