US International Student + PR

I'm a Canadian PR, living in the states as an international student for the next 4 years. Can I sponsor my wife for PR?

Nope. Since you are a PR, you must be living in Canada in order to sponsor your wife and must continue living in Canada while the application is being processed until your wife receives the visa.

Also, keep in mind that to keep your PR status, you must live in Canada for two out of every five rolling years. Make sure you spend enough time in Canada to be able to keep your PR status.
