I am in US on h4 visa. I have a master degree and 3 years of experience from India. If I apply for Canada PR from US, can I provide the statement of my bank account in India as proof of fund? Do I need to get pcc from India and US both? What other specify proof or supporting document do I need to have if I apply as a h4?
All you need to know will be on the CIC site, having a US H4 as a dependent of an H1B US visa holder if I understand correctly unlikely to make much difference in a Canadian PR application still need to qualify like everyone else.

I saw all the details in CIC site but nothing is mentioned about which countries bank details should I provide for proof of fund. I am worried becauae I am on h4 in US I do no have any account here. But in India I do have a bank account. And I am going to apply for PR from US. So will that be a problem.

There shouldn't be any problem which country bank account you are showing to provide proof of funds. In your case, since you are on H4 (dependent visa) it only makes sense that you have savings in India and not in the US since you are not allowed to work on H4 so no savings in US.
