So I'm in Massachusetts. I was suppose to receive it last week, but didn't. Called the FBI CJIS and they told me to wait for sometime. I have already initiated the inquiry with USPS. The most important thing to note here is, that the FBI customer service told me that they do not consider anything which isn't delivered for up to 3 weeks from the date it was sent, as a lost item. So I have to wait 3 weeks from the date it was sent (3rd March). If I haven't received the report , then after 3weeks ,which in my case would be 23rd of March, I'll have to contact the FBI again and they will send another report to the said address.
You don't have to go through the whole fingerprinting process again. They'll just issue you a new report free of charge to the address you mentioned.
If its happening with other people, that means a dispatching problem at the FBIs end. Right now we can't really do anything besides waiting a little more. Hopefully it'll get sorted out.
We requested a resend and the second set got 'lost' too . Just make sure to give a different address next time.. we gave the same address and wondering if we should have tried another address. So stressed because we have to go through the entire process again !!

Why do you have to go through the entire process again? Can't you just ask for another report to be mailed out? They already have your results with them.
We asked them to resend the report but did not get the second set either. So they have told us we have to go through the entire process again.. waste of time and money
