How can I sponsor my US citizen nephew to study high school in Canada?

I am a Canadian citizen. My niece is a US citizen.
I have a family here. I want my niece to study high school in Canada.
Her mother has consent to give custody to me?
 
You must apply for a student permit for your nephew/niece.

Tuition will be around 15000 per year as your nephew/niece is not eligible to study here for free.

He can try to get study permit here and pay as an international student.
You can be his guidance while he's studying here. There is no sponsorship available.
 
They would need to get health insurance for emergencies and pay for any regular medical care.
