Hello,
We are currently short of 60 days to meet our residency requirement. We moved to Canada in May this year without being questioned at the port of Entry. My question is since my three year old child is a US citizen, I need to to get his visitor record/extension after staying for 6 months. How much time can I ask for the extension? I cannot sponsor him as we are short of RO.
Anyone have any experience with this? We will fulfill 2 years of RO in May 2023 and then I will be able to sponsor him
