Immigration query regarding US Citizen Child

I am in need of some information. If any one experienced it pls advice.

I and my husband are PR holders and wish to settle down in canada in few months time. We have 10 month baby who is US citizen. My question is
1. Can she enter canada on her US passport as tourist while we enter as PR holders.

2. Do we need to fill any forms or inform CIC prior
