I am planning to do flag poling at the US border. but, I have heard that sometimes US authorities never allow to flag pol and they deport u to your home country. is that true?
No. Flag-poling is highly recognized and straightforward. If you're inside Canada under a valid study or work permit or visitor's extended stay visa, then no one can deport you to your home country. You'll walk back to Canada in the unlikely event of the Americans not recognizing flag-poling. Nothing of that sort. I have done it twice in 4months. You just need to carry a valid status with you. US border would just check records with your passport thats it.
