I work in the US on H1b, I sent my passports to Ottawa office on PPR. They sent me COPR but lost my passport. I sent several messages to IRCC using their webform but no proper response. I have seen several cases where an applicant living in the US on a visa if passports were sent to Ottawa office, they never received it back. Something is seriously wrong happening here. Any one in such similar situation, please join here (Post a replay).
