Hello folks, I got PPR 2 weeks ago. My spouse is not in Canada. It was mentioned in PPR Email that if spouse is not in Canada I can Email here and the Visa office will make arrangements for Visa stamping of my spouse in the Home country High commission. I did Email them 5 times but no reply yet. I have sent my passport already with the explanation why my spouse passport is not included they have not even replied to the explanation letter.
Please I am very worried. I even Tried to call cic at 1888-242-2100 but the person at the call center said we did not deal with spouse visa arrangements you have to call CPC-Ottawa and because its a new office they don't have a phone there. Please help me suggest a possible solution.
Thanks.
