URGENT_ lost PR card on vacation

I have lost my PR card while was vacation and I have a flight back in 3 weeks. I am totally lost and distressed, please let me know what I shall be doing right now.
Can I apply for a card online and have it delivered here.

same as applying new pr card online（ Pr card portal）. Ca$50. just do it asap（ with urgent request）

Thanks, I am sorry if it is weird, but, I am not able to locate payment option link, that is, there are so many options but nothing as PRTD or PR with $50. Please can you help share that link as well and thank you once again.

I have not lived for more than 1095 days outside canada, I have been PR for over 3 years now. What shall i do? Do I need to check mark and attach something. Please help me. And, where is Appendix A?
