My wife has multiple entry visitor visa and when she came here for the first time after our marriage she gave reason for visit as Sisters engagement and now me and her are visiting India again in December and coming back in January. Inland sponsorship application will be submitted by end of next week. I am worried that our India visit wouldn’t cause any problem to the processor she might be denied entry? Can someone please help
You run the risk of being denied entry anytime you cross. Holding a vv does not guarentee entry to canada. If you are denied while inland app is in process your app wjll be cancelled

Whether she is allowed back into Canada or not will be up to the CBSA officer at the border. Unfortunately there's never a guarantee someone will be allowed back into Canada even with an inland application in progress. Chances are high she will be - but no guarantee.
Traveling for 2 months while applying for inland is way too long. She is supposed to remain in Canada on an inland sponsorship although short visits of 2-3 weeks seem to be tolerate. You should switch to outland if she wants to travel for that long. She can still return to Canada after the visit but there is no OWP.

Will echo the others. So long as your spouse as a valid visa to reentry into Canada, you should not have an issue. Granted a visitor's visa is inherently a bit riskier than those with an OWP, or student visa, but you should be fine.
I will just give you my two cents. I think you should apply outland. Your wife probably has a return ticket since she just came to visit. After you get your AOR, the next major step for her would be medical. That she can get done anywhere they have a cic approved panel physician, India or Canada. She still needs the original PCC from India which you probably have. When she gets her ppr, they give the option of sending it to Ottawa in case you are in Canada for at least 3 months, for finalization. I think that Outland Applications are being processed faster than Inland ones. Ours took less than 4 months.
