urgent withdraw my refugee

Hi,
i am a Syrian citizenship and i apply refugee claim at Canada from 9 months but now i need to withdraw my refugee because i have my partner in Sweden and i want to go to see her but my passport expire after 2 month i would like to know how time take to withdraw my refugee and i can to get my passport and travel to another country because i need to go before my passport expire please answer me at faster time
