Urgent visitor visa from india

i submitted my file with number 20180618INICTRV37532 for visitor visa to canada on 18th of june 2018 and the occassion i want to attend is on 7th july 2018. As per today’s ie 3rd july 2018 the stutus is processing at canada visa office new delhi. I am worried if i will get the visa on time or not. Kindly help me with this issue!

You may not get it on time. Average processing time is about 28 days.

Hi, I have applied for my Mother-in-laws visitor visa on 29th August and Bio metric was completed on September 9th. Since then it is under processing. Anyone know if there is any delay in the processing time. As per IRCC, processing time from India is only 12 days.
