URGENT!! VISITOR EXTENSION REFUSED.

Hi all, I had visitor extension which was valid until 2013/08/06, I applied for another visitor extension before the previous extension expired and it was refused on 2013/11/14, I had also changed my marital status to married. I got married 2013/04/08 to a Canadian Citizen but have not applied for PR as yet, the forms are filled out but just need to send them in. My question is was I without status from the previous visitor extension or the present? Can I apply for restoration of status? Can we send in the IN-Canada PR application? Thanks for your time.

1. You had implied status until 14/11/2013 when the extension was refused. You no longer have status.
2. You can apply for restoration.
3. Yes, you can submit the "in-Canada" you should include an application for an Open Work Permit with the application and sponsorship.
