URGENT: Translation of Italian visa and stamps

Hi,

I have my citizenship test on November 15. I have two questions regarding passport stamps translation

1- I have couple of stamps from Italian airports. In Italy, they don't write Entry/Exit, instead they make arrow inward that means Entry, and arrow outward that means Exit. Secondly, the name of the city is in Italian. Do I need to translate that?

2- I have Italian visa on my passports that is in Italian language. Do I need to translate that too?
