Urgent -Time Line - From medicals to PR card . .

Dear All

I need to know the steps and related timings after medicals . .

1. I have 90 days to submit medicals. After submission how long will it take before we get PR visa ?

2. After getting the visa how much time do we get before we have to LAND in Canada ?

3. After landing in canada we apply for PR card, SIN card and Health Card --

a. How long does it take to get all 3

b. Do we have to sit in canada during this time and wait until we get the cards in hand - can we leave before getting them and give mailing address of relative ?
