Urgent Super Visa Surname Validation

Hi, I want to apply Super visa for my mother, she does not have a family name written on her passport, however online Super Visa application is not validating the form without the family name. I can't write Not Applicable also as per instruction guide by CIC.

then how can I validate the form without writing anything on family name. its not allowing me to validate the form.

Please advise.

You aren't supposed to enter N/A.

I got the answer. i can write the full name in Family Name Field and leave given name blank. it is validating.
