urgent suggestions needed

hy there ,,,,,,, i m an international student i started my college in january 2012 and i have studied for 1 semester. then i transfered my college frm centenial to sheridan for september 2012 session. now i need to transfer my course because i need a course which is relevant to my previous studies but now the problem is the course in which i wanna enroll is full. so my question is dat if dont get my desired course in september session can i start my studies in january 2013 because i dont wanna waste my fee in any other course ?
1 more thing if i start my studies in january 2013 will it have any effect on my case when i ll apply for work permit after my study completion ?

I think instead of dropping your semester continue your studies at centennial .

means you have already pay the fees to sheridan before checking the seats over there

My friend is in kwantlen polytechnic uni. and he drooped one semester last year and now again doing studies, he did not face any problem , but I can't say of future.

I think you don't have any choice except dropping it. , don't worry continue it in jan 2013,
