Urgent! Study permit extension approved but not extended.

Hi there. I applied for my study permit extension about 2 months ago. My current study permit is expiring on 30th july. I got a response only recently saying my application was approved but when i checked my message on CIC it mentioned the expiry date of my new study permit document the same as the old one i.e. 30th july. I am not sure what to do next. Because my application was approved but not extended. Could it be a mistake?
