URGENT:Student Visa Rejected for Fall'13

Hello Experts,
Please help.

I had applied for my student visa under general category on 4th July'13 which got rejected.
The Rejection reason mentioned was: Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: qualification, previous studies, gap in studies,employment, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

My details:
course applied for: PG D in Human Resource mgmt
Graduation: Graduated in 2009 in Management Studies (B.M.S)
Worked as Jr. Trainer – July 2009 to Dec 2009
Worked as a Trainer – Jan 2011 to Aug 2012
Preparing for IELTS and further studies – Aug 2012 to July 2013
(I had a gap of one year from Jan 2012 to Dec 2012 as I had to be around the house to take care of my ill parent-in-laws, however they died in the subsequent year.)
IELTS score: overall 7, no band less than 6.

Paid my first term fees and took GIC.

Please help as to what changes should I make to my application while reapplying.

sorry about you...did u move thru consultant? Have you stated the required explanations in any of ur doc...i mean the reason for your gap etc...?moreover ...which univ are u into? in quebec or outside?

I have applied to George Brown college. I have explained the reason for my gap as well.
