Hello everyone. I am a student in winter 2021 session in a college. Received my PPR on 24th Feb, and yet to get stamp on passport. My course duration is 2 years and I want to apply for SOWP for my husband.
1. Is it necessary for me to have study permit/ letter of Introduction/ stamped visa in hand or can I still apply for SOWP based on information at present(college enrollment letter, fee receipt, GIC letter, letter of invitation)
2. Please list all the documents required to submit SOWP as per section 205.
