Can anyone guide me about the Process of Sponsoring Spouse working in US on Work Permit ?
I know I need to update my marriage information at Customs as well. Where I should be sending the application ? And how much time it takes for the spouse to obtain the PR ? Does he needs to give IELTS and can he also work in Canada on PR ?

You don't need to update your marital status with Customs. Processing time depends on what office you apply through. He doesn't need IELTS and he can work once he is a PR.
